We have been driving our popular trip to Trollstigen for 13 years now.
The opening date for Trollstigen has been different all these years.
Depending on the snow and danger of avalanges in the area.

Summer season 2026
In the summer season 2026, Trollstigen will be open from 01th of June
and close by 30th of September

Our alternative trips
If Trollstigen should be closed, we offer our alternative trips, same duration
and many beautiful stops.

Change tickets
If you want to change or cancel your tickets because of this situation, you are free to do
so.  Of course.  Tickets may be changed up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure
on our trip.  Then you will be refunded 100 %
Please do your changes or cancellations on Viator or TripAdvisor where you made your
original reservation.

Our Meetingpoint and Check-in :
When you arrive in Ålesund for your trip with Localtrips AS, 
please check-in at our Meetingpoint at the latest
20 Minutes before scheduled trip departure time. 

Finally
Localtrips will always give you the best trip available.
Our alternative trip is a very good alternative to the full trip.
